  • Sets reporting requirements for AI Command Center
  • Coordinates governance decisions that affect all three sections
2

AI Acceleration

Capability. Campaigns. Scale.

AI Acceleration is the engine room of AI adoption. It executes the programs, activations, and engagements that move AI from isolated use to enterprise-scale adoption. It builds capability, expands access, and ensures every division has the support to adopt AI effectively.

  • Reports outcomes and adoption data to AI Command Center
  • Escalates governance questions to AI Adoption Office
  • Coordinates event visibility and reporting with Command Center
3

AI Command Center

Visibility. Insights. Impact.

Governance Framework

How AI Adoption is Controlled and Overseen

Governing Principles

Strategic Alignment

All AI adoption activities must align with DEWA strategic objectives, AlHasbah priorities, and approved operating model.

Safe and Controlled Adoption

AI tools and use cases are introduced through a structured review and approval pathway before enterprise-wide rollout.

Measurable Value

Every AI initiative must have defined KPIs and a value tracking mechanism before it progresses to scale.

Clear Accountability

Every AI adoption activity has a named owner, a defined scope, and an escalation path.

Transparency and Reporting

Adoption performance, risks, and governance actions are reported to leadership on a regular, structured cadence.

Controlled Scaling

Scaling of AI use cases follows a defined maturity model with governance checkpoints at each stage.
